Care & Maintenance

1. Before first use: Wash the inner cup with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
2. After each use: Clean promptly with warm water and a soft sponge. Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners or hard brushes, as these may scratch the inner lining.
3. Tea & coffee stains: Soak in warm water with baking soda or food-grade citric acid for 15–30 minutes. Gently wipe, then rinse thoroughly.
4. Silicone gasket: Remove and clean the silicone gasket regularly to prevent residue, odours and mould. The gasket is a replaceable consumable part.
5. Long-term storage: Wash and dry completely before storing. Do not tighten the lid fully; leave it slightly open to allow ventilation and prevent unpleasant odours.
