Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rita’s Fashion Sydney.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During sales, new releases and busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Australian Shipping

Standard and Express Shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and delivery address.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, weather or courier delays.

Store Pickup

Free Click & Collect is available from our St Mary’s and Liverpool stores when offered at checkout.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the selected store. Photo identification or your order confirmation may be required when collecting.

Correct Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Rita’s Fashion is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate information supplied at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the address.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery delays are outside our direct control. If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears delayed, please contact us so we can assist with an enquiry.

Rita’s Fashion is not responsible for parcels that are stolen or go missing after the courier has confirmed delivery.

Returned Parcels

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or failure to collect it, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
