Returns and Exchanges
 
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. We encourage you to try your item as soon as you receive it to ensure it meets your expectations.
 
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
  • Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all labels, tags, and any included items (e.g. free gifts or manuals).
  • If the item is unopened and returned in its original box, we’ll issue a refund or exchange it based on your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

Refunds
 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm its arrival and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days and applied to your original payment method.
 
Partial Refunds
 
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:
  • Items showing clear signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
 
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there can be processing delays.

We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to yoursituation, while following the correct procedure.

If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you 7 days to return or exchange an article purchased online with a valid receipt.

After the 7-days period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 7 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any labels, free gifts, bonus item, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the (original shipping costs invoiced).
